Update: The official high temperature in Syracuse today was 63 degrees, reached at 3:31 p.m.

Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse has already hit 62 degrees this afternoon, breaking the record for the warmest Feb. 9 ever recorded by the National Weather Service.
