Ex-Syracuse pitcher Roy Halladay leads Chiefs' 2018 Wall of Fame class

Syracuse, N.Y. -- The Syracuse Chiefs on Thursday announced their Wall of Fame 2018 class.

The four-person group will be inducted July 22 when the team hosts the Louisville Bats.

The honorees are:

To further honor Syracuse baseball history, the Chiefs will play as the Syracuse SkyChiefs and wear SkyChiefs jerseys and caps on the field that day.

The Chiefs briefly changed their name to the SkyChiefs from 1997-2006, during which time Halladay played for the team. SkyChiefs merchandise will be available for sale in the Whistlestop Souvenir Store, both in-stadium and online at syracusechiefs.milbstore.com. In addition, Syracuse SkyChiefs Roy Halladay bobbleheads will be given out to the first 1000 fans through the gates.
